All menus served in our Aged Care homes are thoroughly reviewed by third-party dietitians. To make meals more enjoyable, Cater Plus has partnered with Pure Foods to offer pureed meals that look like their natural form. These moulded meals are safe to eat, visually appealing, and help reduce food waste, while also supporting better nutrition and hydration. The Pure Food Co. works with nursing homes, dietitians, and chefs to create great-tasting, nutritious texture-modified foods. Made from fresh ingredients and packed with natural protein, energy, and fibre, these meals are designed to meet the needs of those with swallowing difficulties. They follow the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (www.IDDSI.org) and use advanced technology to ensure safe, consistent textures and delicious recipes that support residents' health.
