Introducing Our New Apprentice

Ahmad Azemah has chosen a Cookery Apprenticeship to gain further knowledge about NZ flavours and refine his technique. Ahmad has lived all over the world and comes with a lot of kitchen experience. Ahmad is a crucial member of the Elizabeth Knox Kitchen team, and has recently taken on greater cooking responsibilities for the residents. He is passionate about producing wonderful food, and his desire to offer excellent service to recognized by all. We are very excited to support Ahmad in his goal to becoming the best chef he can be.
