At Cater Plus, we believe in not only supporting our team but also helping them secure their financial future. That’s why we’re incredibly proud of our Cater Saver Scheme, a benefit that empowers our people to save while they work. Like many New Zealanders, a lot of Cater Plus staff operate on tight budgets. That's why, seven years ago, we introduced Cater Saver. This initiative allows staff to have an amount of their wages automatically deducted, helping to encourage a culture of saving and financial well-being.
