Cater Plus Foundation "Friday Staff Meals"

To support our work families during the Covid-19 lockdowns the Cater Plus Foundation started "Friday Staff Meals". This initiative lead by our staff who could not work at their client facilities
took turns to come up with a weekly theme giving our teams the night off cooking. 1,500 plus meals were handed over to staff across the Auckland & Waikato regions.

This great idea that gave our staff not working a sense of purpose, it kept them busy, engaged and allowed everyone to safely check-in with each other.

We are continue to strive towards being a rewarding, fulfilling and enjoyable place to work.
