Casual Catering Assistant - Cambridge Resthaven

Casual Position to suit your studies or lifestyle

We are seeking a courteous and reliable individual who enjoys interacting with the elderly and making their day by serving amazing meals. This rewarding position is based at Cambridge Resthaven where we cater for 100 residents daily across two sites (Vogel Street and Burns Street).

This is a casual role to work as and when required, providing cover and support for a variety of shifts over 7 days per week. Perfect for those looking for flexibility to work around life’s other commitments.

The successful candidate will:
• have previous café experience
• ensure the kitchen is kept safe and hazard free by doing dishes, removing rubbish, and cleaning.
• have basic cooking skills or kitchen experience (training is also provided)
• assist with service and clearing away afterwards.
• top up supplies, help to keep the kitchen running smoothly, and left clean and tidy at the end of shift.
